blog or bug?

Still having problems posting this pic on my profile. I know I'm a newbie in this blogging thing but I followed all the instructions given step-by-step. I even posted this pic using "Hello" by Picasa to have this pic hosted for free. But now that I got the URL and tried editing my Profile I still couldn't make it work. I just copied and paste the URL as I was instructed but I always receive an error: "Cannot find file at specified URL: link is broken (failed request)" everytime I try to save the profile. Can anyone please give me a hand here, I really need help. Thanks!
